iC oversees the upgrade of the Milloshevë - Mitrovicë M2 Main Road, ensuring compliance with Kosovo’s regulations and acting as ‘the Engineer’ under the FIDIC Red Book. The team supervises construction, reviews designs, and manages execution.

Project description

The project improves transport infrastructure by upgrading roads, structures, and drainage. iC evaluates designs, monitors quality, and ensures compliance with international standards. The team oversees materials, contractor performance, and technical challenges, while also managing claims, delays, and environmental monitoring.

Project data

The 9.8 km road includes upgraded connections, bridges, overpasses, underpasses, pedestrian pathways, culverts, and drainage. The project involves detailed design reviews and FIDIC supervision of civil works.

Services

iC handles design verification, technical review, and construction supervision. The team ensures compliance, evaluates contractors, tracks milestones, and oversees material quality, including lab tests.
