Last Friday marked a special chapter in the history of iC: 25 years of iC Salzburg – a quarter century filled with challenging projects, dedicated individuals, and vibrant partnerships. The anniversary was celebrated at a place rich in history: the baroque Hellbrunn Palace, complete with its iconic trick fountains and plenty of emotion.
Trick fountains, companions, and a strong sense of “WE”
The evening began with a guided tour of the famous trick fountains – including a welcome splash of water. Later, guests enjoyed fine dining, laughter, and reflections in an elegant setting. Many guests – from current team members to returning colleagues and founding figures – turned the evening into a living reflection of iC Salzburg’s team story.
A highlight of the evening was the speech by Martin Müllegger, who, with wit, charm, and depth, captured the achievements of the past 25 years: More than 1,250 projects have been delivered – including international flagship projects like Stuttgart 21 and the Yusufeli Dam.
People at the heart
Whether part of the founding team, returning colleagues, or new team members with fresh ideas – it’s the people who make the difference. The celebration became a time capsule of sorts, filled with anecdotes, photos, and memories – from the first office in Bergheim to today’s major projects.
Our heartfelt congratulations to iC Salzburg!
For 25 years of excellence, cohesion, and engineering culture – and for hosting a celebration that made all of this vividly tangible.
