EPBN-WISE Award 2026 | European Award for Engagement and Inclusion

|   Events

At the EPBN-WISE conference in Prague, leading figures from across Europe were recognised for their commitment to diversity and inclusion. A representative from iC was also honoured.

Under the theme “Protect Workplace Inclusion in Europe”, the EPBN-WISE Conference 2026 brought together more than 300 international experts, businesses and decision-makers in Prague. In addition to specialist presentations and workshops, the event also highlighted individuals who are committed to promoting equal opportunities and inclusive workplace cultures across Europe.

European platform for exchange and networking

The conference offered a varied programme of specialist presentations, workshops and panel discussions on current developments relating to diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace. In addition, new research findings were presented, including a Europe-wide survey on microaggressions in the workplace.

Commitment to innovation and diversity

One of the 28 award recipients was Anna Geiger, Digital Innovations Lead at iC. In her work, she combines the themes of innovation, organisational development and inclusion, and actively promotes diverse perspectives, open dialogue and an inclusive corporate culture. She is also involved in internal diversity initiatives and regularly represents iC at European LGBTIQ+ events.

As Anna herself points out: “Innovation happens where different perspectives meet and existing assumptions are challenged.”

An award of European significance

The “EPBN-WISE European Role Model 2026” award recognises individuals who, through their commitment, contribute to greater visibility, equal opportunities and inclusion in the workplace. At the same time, the award highlights the importance of diversity and different perspectives for innovative, resilient and sustainable organisations. It emphasises that an open corporate culture not only creates social value but also promotes innovation and collaboration.

We warmly congratulate Anna Geiger on this special European award and are delighted that her commitment to diversity, inclusion and modern working cultures has been recognised.
