The building sets a benchmark in sustainable construction and was awarded the klimaaktiv GOLD certification with a perfect score of 1000 out of 1000 points, underscoring its exemplary performance in energy efficiency and environmental design.
As part of our longstanding commitment to sustainability and high-quality construction, our colleagues provided expert support throughout the planning and construction phases of the project. Our role included independent inspections and comprehensive quality assurance, ensuring full compliance with klimaaktiv standards from start to finish.
Supporting Innovation in Early Childhood Infrastructure
The kindergarten is a state-of-the-art facility designed for the needs of the youngest members of the ISTA community. In line with contemporary ecological and energy goals, the project was certified according to klimaaktiv Service Gebäude 2020.3.1 and incorporates several innovative features:
- Lightweight construction
- Energy-efficient heat pump system
- Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery
- A gross floor area of 1,884.3 m²
These elements combine to create a healthy, energy-efficient, and future-ready environment for children and educators alike.
