At the Wissensturm in Linz, our project managers from Teams 11 and 12 came together for a full-day workshop. The goal of the meeting: to further develop project work, strengthen competencies, and learn from one another – all in line with our lived corporate culture.
Hands-on learning in focus
The workshop centered around teamwork, responsibility, and professional exchange. In an open and collegial atmosphere, participants discussed key questions related to roles, tasks, and challenges in project management. Practical group work and lively discussions enabled an intensive exchange of experiences that went far beyond theory.
Investing in know-how and client success
At iC, quality starts with the people who lead our projects. That’s why continuous training is a core part of our company culture. Through targeted learning initiatives, we not only support the personal growth of our project managers but also enhance the efficiency and success of our client projects.
More to come: Workshop to become an annual event
The workshop in Linz was a great success – and just the beginning. Due to the positive feedback, the event will become a fixed annual date in our internal training calendar. In this way, we are continuously strengthening our project management expertise and building a strong, learning organization.
Conclusion: Whether in construction, environmental engineering, or planning – strong projects require strong leadership. With formats like this workshop, we are making targeted investments in our future.
