It fulfils the demanding requirements of the ‘klimaaktiv Gold’ standard and reduces the need for heating energy by 75% through the use of innovative technologies. In addition, the surrounding areas were upgraded with unsealed car parking spaces, which makes a significant contribution to environmental friendliness.
This refurbishment not only ensures the court's function as a central facility in the region and guarantees citizens access to judicial proceedings, but also offers new services such as healthcare and office space for local entrepreneurs. The investment has not only improved the infrastructure, but has also provided considerable economic impetus: More than 80 % of the generated value remained in Lower Austria.
