Under the banner of ‘Intergenerational Dialogue’, the Rotary Future Forum 2026 brought together a range of disciplines and perspectives. The focus was on six manifestos for the future covering sustainable economic activity, education, the living environment, health, democracy and the future of work.
Discussion on issues concerning the future of society
Following a series of short keynote talks, participants gathered at various discussion tables to discuss, reflect and explore ideas further. The focus was on questions such as: What defines a sustainable society? What responsibilities do businesses and institutions bear? And how can we work together to bring about sustainable change?
It became particularly clear just how closely issues such as education, health, sustainability and social inclusion are interlinked.
Innovative and socially responsible work
As a representative of iC, Anna Geiger took part in discussions on innovative and socially responsible working practices alongside other experts. Topics discussed included long-term thinking, participation, collaboration and new forms of responsibility in modern working environments.
Space for new perspectives
The forum was complemented by Magdalena Kim Novak’s “Immersive Manifesto Experience”, which brought the key ideas of the Generational Dialogue to life through audiovisual and spatial means.
The Rotary Future Forum 2026 demonstrated just how valuable interdisciplinary exchange can be for the development of sustainable and future-proof societies.
