Propulsion station renewal of the Saint-Gobain Rigips Austria GmbH tipper ropeway conveyor midday between the open pit mine in Wienern/Grundlsee and the processing plant at Bad Aussee.

Project description

The Saint-Gobain Rigips Austria GesmbH runs a ropeway conveyor for transporting raw material (gypsum) between the open pit mine Wienern (Grundlsee) and Bad Aussee. The cable car was built in 1951. In 2017 the propulsion station located midway on the "Auermahd" was renewed.
