Elea iC oversees the architectural and structural engineering work for Emonika City Centre. This project comprises a combination of residential flats, a hotel, office complexes, and retail facilities, amounting to more than 200,000 m² of development space.
Situated near the main railway and bus stations, Emonika provides excellent transportation connections. The project is also pursuing BREEAM certification to affirm its contribution to environmental sustainability.
Among the architectural highlights is a 100-meter-tall office tower, set to become Ljubljana's tallest structure, alongside a 40-meter-high residential and commercial complex. The design thoughtfully incorporates elements inspired by the city's historical architecture.
