iC Ukraine serves as a unique example within the iC group, demonstrating successful operations despite the challenges of full-scale war.

Established in 2006, iC Ukraine has rapidly expanded its services, offering project management/PIU support, supervision, energy efficiency services, green building modeling, sustainability and environmental consulting.

Since the outbreak of war, iC Ukraine has utilized its expertise to contribute to major reconstruction projects funded by donors and the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine. These initiatives include critical infrastructure recovery programs in communities damaged during the Russian occupation in the Kyiv region, construction of social housing for IDPs in western Ukraine, and the reconstruction of communal buildings for IDPs, completed in early 2024.

Additionally, iC Ukraine is overseeing the restoration of bridges destroyed during hostilities. Three bridges - in Irpin, Stoyanka and Gostomel (all in Kyiv region) - have already been restored, with construction progressing on the Chernihiv bridge, one of Ukraine's largest at 628 meters long and 22 meters wide.

iC Ukraine's experts in green certification and energy modeling are involved in projects to rebuild Ukraine's residential and public sectors, including for the needs of IDPs. They've conducted several in-depth studies, calculating scenarios for energy-efficient reconstruction.

Despite the war's challenges, the iC Ukraine team has become a stable employer and contributor to Ukraine's economy, with over 50 employees.
