Our colleagues from Elea iC are leading the project, overseeing architecture, civil engineering, and building services. Moreover, they are managing everything from conceptual design and construction planning to the final detailed design. Now five storeys tall on its eastern side, the development marks a pivotal achievement in the renewal of this once-neglected area on the outskirts of the capital's city center into a vibrant modern urban district.
Ideally situated to prioritize both convenience and sustainability, Vilharia features a green roof for relaxation and leisure, ample parking facilities, and charging stations for electric vehicles. It is poised to become Slovenia's first LEED Platinum-certified office building, achieving being CO2 neutral and establishing new benchmarks for sustainable office complexes in the region.
Vilharia is envisioned as a forward-thinking architectural concept that seamlessly blends practicality, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal. Drawing inspiration from Nordic traditions, the building boasts transparent façades for optimal natural lighting, incorporates natural materials, and integrates plenty of green spaces.
