"Work at hights" training course for iC employees

iC’s geologists occasionally work in steep terrain, which requires the use of rope and safety equipment. In order to make themselves familiar with the technical requirements and the relevant provisions of employment law, eight colleagues have attended a “work at heights” training course. The basic course for working in steep terrain was held on two days in Salzburg and Baden at Höhenwerkstatt GmbH and comprised theoretical (legal framework, personal protective equipment) and practical training including rescuing of casualties.
