Juctice Palace | Novi Sad

|   Projects

A substantial EU investment in Serbia but also a crucial advancement for the efficiency and integrity of justice in the region.

Our responsibility was to oversee the construction agreement for the new Justice Palace in Novi Sad, adhering to the Practical Guide (PRAG) and the Republic of Serbia's Law on Design and Construction. We offered the client and beneficiary comprehensive technical support and guidance during the execution of the construction contract to ensure the project was completed within the stipulated budget, timeline, and quality standards, and fully aligned with all contractual terms.

Spanning 10,000 square meters, the modern building will accommodate the Criminal Chambers of the Supreme Court, the Basic Court, and the Public Prosecutor's Office, employing approximately 220 individuals. The structure includes ten floors, with two subterranean levels, to streamline work processes and fortify the judicial system.

The European Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi, recently joined prominent Serbian officials, including Justice Minister Maja Popovi? and Novi Sad's Mayor, Milan ?uri?, to commemorate the completion of the new Palace of Justice in Novi Sad. This significant initiative, entirely financed by the EU's IPA 2017 program, highlights the dedication to enhancing judicial infrastructure in this area.
