Topping-Out Ceremony | Althan Quartier Joseph

|   Projects

Situated atop the Franz-Josefs railway station, Althan Quartier spans 2.4 hectares.

By preserving and rejuvenating the existing building fabric to a significant extent, CO2 emissions are substantially reduced, thereby making a meaningful contribution to climate protection within the framework of a circular economy. We take pride in being responsible for the project control of this development.

This project comprises several structures, namely Francis, Joseph, Sophie, a hotel, and elevated underground parking. The Francis building is dedicated to accommodating offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. Meanwhile, Joseph and Sophie offer more than 250 newly built residential units. The Joseph residential complex boasts two distinct volumes of varying heights, with direct access to restaurants, Francis' entrance hall, the ÖBB railway station, and the generous open areas on the upper floor above.
