We are overseeing the refurbishment and expansion of the Gänserndorf district administrative complex. Being responsible for project monitoring we aim to safeguard the achievement of its primary goals, which include adhering to the latest standards in energy efficiency, accessibility, and sustainability.
With construction to start in spring 2025 and conclude by summer 2027, the project will convert the existing building into a contemporary, efficient workspace that will benefit both staff and visitors. Significant elements involve upgrading the interior and exterior areas and ensuring all modifications enhance the building's long-term sustainability and functionality.
