The requirements for workplaces have changed, which is why the project should fulfil the needs of the new work environment. A planning competition led to the selection of a design for a floating office building on the banks of the Danube.
This design is characterised by flexibility in the use of space, sustainability and a plus-energy house concept. The company headquarters will have a passive house standard and blend harmoniously into its surroundings. It offers around 2,550m² of usable space on two storeys, as well as storage and technical building equipment facilities.
The project also serves the community as it houses the river police and acts as a model for sustainable building practices. This flagship project epitomises innovation and architectural excellence.
