Smart Campus Vienna

Project objectives

In Vienna's 11th district the power network company 'Wiener Netze GmbH' constructed a new headquarter next to the gas plant site including areas for administration and operational functions. Moreover, a separate building for car maintenance was added.

Project description

Construction of an office and service building complex including event areas and underground car park. The high-quality office space features a raised floor, ventilation, cooling sails, component activation and intelligent sun protection control. Ecological construction was the focus to achieve ÖGNI Gold.
