Project objectives

In Vienna's 11th district the power network company “Wiener Netze GmbH” constructs a new headquarters next to the gas plant site including areas for administration and operational functions and a separate building for car maintenance.

Construction of an office and service building complex including event areas and underground car park

Total built-up area: 55,000 m², underground car park incl. 650 parking lots
Construction costs: € 120 million
Energy efficiency category: A++ (thermal heat requirement)

Project specifics

High-class office areas (raised floor, ventilation system, cooling panels, thermo-active building system, solar-controlled shading, light-diverted louvers, user-controlled regulation). The building is designed to achieve ÖGNI Gold.
